my top 5 weekly countdown.
events:
1. the golden get-down. we threw a party for mallorys 21st birthday.
2. dropping my brand new ipod in a glass of water. it completely broke, but miraculously healed itself. almost still brand new.
3. receiving my itinerary for a ny thanksgiving.
4. getting ditched by 7 men. okay that one goes back a little bit, but still deserves credit.
5. byu game.
...can i add bill getting a facebook? unfortunately, father, im going to have to deny your friendship request.
conversations:
1. the man at red lobster who told me he'd been to atlanta once and had "helped a negro woman in tears." hello utah county.
2. the man who followed me to my car at the mall. "excuse me mam. if i give you gas money, would you mind taking me home? i live just up the hill in the mountains there." mind you, the county's bus transfer point is in the mall parking lot. rapist?
3. max hall at the pizza factory. add austin collie-hottie and dennis pitta too.
4. some dudes who are apparently famous. joshua james and ruru. okay not conversations, per se, but voice mail tag. oh the perks of the newspaper biz.
5. the silent one that didnt happen.

i think that's an adequate summary.
i cannot wait for:
1. thursday. greys. halloween party--barack osama. (do we think thats funny?)
2. friday. no work. halloween party--ballerina.
3. saturday. why not.
4. thanksgiving break.
5. uncle johns birthday. :)
